Designing a filter interface for many granular categories — square footage, year, industry, location — without overwhelming a small screen took several iterations. A slide-over modal kept users grounded in their search while adjusting parameters. Linking product spec sheets to architectural imagery also meant balancing dense technical data with a clean, touch-friendly interface.
